rubber on uncoated aluminum

so a couple of weeks ago i was driving and my tire blew out leaving me with rubber ALL over my rims....they are uncoated aluminum and was wondering what would be the safest way of removing it....please help ;)

I would try claying it off. Even get out a blow-drier and heat the rubber up a bit, first, so that it comes off more easily. Just be careful, don`t over-heat anything.
