Clean4U`s Detailing Adventure.....(17 vehicles)

Well it`s winter here in the north Georgia Mountains. I have plenty of business but 7+ days of below freezing temps along with several inches of snow, has slowed me up. Ok. I`m doing nothing! Then my phone rings. I can`t get to it so a voice mail pops up. I listen. Then I smile!



A customer of mine resides up here for 5 months then back down to Marco Island Florida for the other 7 during winter. She asked if I would be interested in coming down and detailing out their 3 personal vehicles as well as another 6 more. I promptly called her back. She said that now, in 10 minutes, she had another one bringing the total to 10. I could stay at their house at no charge. I just had to get there and "there" was 12 hours and 730 miles away. I had to go.



Little did I know I would end up doing 17 total! A few didn`t make it to my camera due to time restraints. 10 were full details and the other 7 were "mini" details. I used Meguiar`s 105, 205, and #21 on all cars that required full details. D-151 was used on the mini`s and topped with #21. All cleaners and tools were also Meguiar`s. There is not going to be any elaborate write ups.....just pics.



It was a great time but man, I`m beat. I was able to make some money for my family and establish a great winter business for myself.

Saw this post when you made it on off topic, glad to see you back here too.



I guess even in the south, we need to look at some traveling in the winter. Been pretty brutal here in Dallas this year. Arctic cold fronts, snow and a lot of rain. Might be looking at going to Arizona next month if the people who`ve been bugging me for a couple years to come out can put together enough cars. Nice to see someone who`s done this successfully and how you did it. :)
