Hey guys I purchased a used Yakima rack for my car and the fairing it came with was scatched up and covered in stickers. I used goo-gone and got the stickers off just fine but the fairing shows a good amount of wear and when you look from an angle you can see where the stickers were. Anyone know if these could be polished out? What products would you guys use?

Those are super sensitive to anything touching them. My microfibers really added some serious swirl marks to mine (thule).

I would say hand use plasticX or something like that and see if you can get the major scratches out, then follow up with a sealant that would hide swirls.

Can you recommend a good sealant that would help to hide them? I do have some plasticx but would need to purchase a sealant.
