I always find myself going back to Poorboys Spray and Rinse on extremely neglected and dirty wheels. Diluted right, its never failed to clean baked on brake dust.

I also have some 4 year old waffle weave drying towels from Steve which are STILL my go to drying towels. These things are still in great shape and work well. I`ll continue to buy them from PB.

My question is, does anyone know of a similar wheel cleaner? I have Chemical guys Wheel and Rim Cleaner, but have not uet used it. Does this have similar cleaning ability to the Spray and Rinse? (Diablo Gel is much more mild than Spray and Rinse, I;m looking for an Acid like product to use then P21s or Diablo Gel are not effective.

Meg`s wheel brightener? Never used it personally but thought I remember it being pretty heavy duty. Never used the PB but it`s been on my list as of late.

I still use the Eagle One A2Z quite often cause I don`t want to burn through P21s so fast...lol

That`s an understatement. It`s the most effective, versatile & safest cleaner I`ve ever used! Wheels / Tires / Engines / Fabric / Leather / Paint - Dr. G is a genius.

Can Power Clean be diluted properly to match the results of TAW?

I`ve never tried Optimum Power Clean, but have an acid wheel cleaner that I use on certain wheels that is AMAZING. It`s called Sterling Wheel Cleaner and it`s made by Trans-Mate. You just spray it on, let it sit for about 30 seconds and rinse it off. Good stuff, but it is very strong and makes your nose hairs tingle a little! haha...
