Yeah, they had that on the news last night. Sorry but I would have just hit the pelican. At the worst, lets say the windshield is 5k, you would crack it.

Edit that earlier response. I just went out in the shop to get some work done and turned it on ABC, and there it was on the 4 o`clock news. Yea, I agree, the Pelican would just have to get hit. I`m back inside now, and they just showed another preview of it on the news. They`re about to interview the wrecker driver who quote" had the sad job of pulliing it out of the water".

I looking at it covered in mud right now at the yard. The water is only 2 1/2 ft. deep at that spot. 4-5 inches of mud in the car. The wrecker driver has had over 70 phone calls from various people. I think if you`re behind the wheel of anything with over 950 hp you should have better insticts than that.

Here`s the actual footage of the crash, and their may be a pelican, but I doubt it. There was no sudden change in direction, more like a smooth transition from highway to salt water to me.EXCLUSIVE: Video Of Bugatti Veyron Actually Crashing Into Texas Lake - Bugatti Veyron - Jalopnik (http://jalopnik.com/5404403/exclusiv...nto-texas-lake)
