I realized that it would be a garage decoration so I`m selling it.
Ok, I`ll take if for $0.99... otherwise listing ebay items at their starting price doesn`t mean any sort of good deal.

He filed a paypal dispute, I provided tracking info which showed that the item got to his door, I won the dispute, but he still left negative feedback.
