Convertabe top dye and sealer

I have a `03 Boxster with a really faded top. In fact prior owner I beleive changed the color from blue to black so it appears the old is coming through.



I have used top cleaner and sealant and it looks good except for these marks and it`s not black enough.



Any recommendations for dye products and sealant.
