This looks like another good addition to my already too large inventory. Aside from removing oils from compounding, it looks like a good pad cleaner as well. Does anyone use it for that? What dilution? Also....is it safe to use on textured trim to remove wax residue?

i just got some of the hi-temp prep wash.... they also have one called prep solve, which is the same thing but has solvents in it to help in evaporation..... but the guys at the hi-temp store here suggested using prep wash on paint..... no idea what they would suggest the prop solve on then.....

I hear the Hi-temp prep wash is great for paint and pads. Follow up the paint with an IPA wipe down too... but the prep solve would make that obsolete like you said. Interesting. The TOL prep-wash is the Hi-Temp I assume?

I haven`t tried the current PrepWash for cleaning pads, but the previous version worked sorta-OK (not as well as Power Dissolver, but hey, the older version wasn`t as potent as the new stuff).
