This customer was looking for a polish and the car to be cleaned up. He was in florida working and the car was sitting at his families house for 3 years. He said it was being used so I figure how bad could it be.. Boy was I wrong.. The car was FILTHY and stunk to the high heavens. I wound up throwing away all of my clothes and towels / wash mitt used on this car. It took me 3 hours just to wash the car and 6 hours for the whole process. The family had no idea he didnt tell me it was in this condition and asked if I wanted to leave (I should have lol). All in all the customer received a Wash, clay and wax on the interior and I substituted the polish for a carpet extraction on the interior. The leather on the car was so cracked and torn that it looks permanently dirty.

Aside from the headlights, the exterior came out pretty good. I surprised you made it look that much better for only 6 hours considering how bad everything was.
