I was trying to find the website for the Edge 2000 company, but can not seem to. I thought it was Buffing Pads - 3M and the Edge buffing pads for the automotive detailing professional 3M US (http://www.edgepads.com), but maybe I`m too long out of touch and it`s something else.

Anyway, all I could find is this:

The Edge? Buffing Pads - A variety of buffing and polishing pads designed to provide a professional detail shine US 3M (http://solutions.3m.com/wps/portal/3M/en_US/3MAutomotive/Aftermarket/Solutions/Paint_Dept/Buffing_Pads/The_Edge/)

Is the "Edge" now part of 3M?

Is there anything else 3M bought recently (I know about Meguiar`s)?

Yes, that`s the right site since 3M bought part, but not all, of the Edge line. The rest of the products and the Edge guys are at: getiapstuff.com (http://getiapstuff.com) (you`re welcome, it took me a long time to find that as I didn`t bookmark it)

It`s my understanding that "the guys" are actually still making the Edge products for 3M, or at least were at the beginning. When I ordered my Flex adapter from the 3M website, it was shipped from "3M East" or something at the old Edge address in Philly.
