Need recommendations for powerful and safe soft top cleaners. Black soft top, denim/sail cloth fabric.

More details...

The fairly generic Turtle Wax fabric clean worked fine for getting the mud spots out.

It worked fine until my room mate used a power sander on grey primer right next to the still drying fabric in the basement. The majority of the dust sprayed off, but there are very dark "water stains" were the cleaner absorbed the primer dust.

I am thinking I may need to drag the top to the local car wash and use the power washer there to really clean the fabric.

Really pissed off at my room mate. The entire basement is covered in a thick coating of primer dust every where including all my tools.

Barry`s advice pays off! He mentioned in the past that all purpose cleaner works for almost any thing if diluted properly. I used Simple Green diluted to a 1:10 ratio, scrubbed, and sprayed with 50/50 IPA/H2O to wiped it off. I will have to check it once more in thirty minutes to be entirely sure.
