Not sure where this belongs...
Seeing that the TOTAL is effective as is, should/could it be recommended
to be mixed at 1/24oz for light-duty interior cleaing? It should still be quite
good (not tried yet) and the lowered price would be a lot more appealing.
And, if customers are interested in the concentrates only, why not have
labels available to placed on their own bottles? How about a peelable label
on the concentrates?
How about a concentrate kit with MF towels? (i`d like to send these out as gifts.)
brainstorming...

If you needed only very light cleaning, you could mix the 2 oz. concentrate bottle in a 32 oz. bottle instead of the recommended 24 oz. bottle. Even at that dillution ration, HD TOTAL has a lot of cleaning power.
I will be adding empty bottles to the HD store for people to buy. In the near future, the HD store will offer a concentrate kit that includes empty bottles. Five bottles of concentrate and an empty spray bottle is exactly 1 pound, vs. 10 LBS for the same amount of product ready to use.

What about bigger size concentrates at a further discounted price (for the professional)? IE: 1 gallon concentrate, or even 64oz?
If you were to use something like total the whole way around the car (interior, wheels, wheel wells, bug splatter, etc) I can see someone going through a 24oz bottle pretty quickly.

We are putting a 64 oz. concentrate with a 1 oz. metered pump in the Pro line.

Awesome!
I`m just eager to start and want to send out samples/gift cards (w/ code) ASAP.
They`re all professionals/business owners that can afford to be ecologically
responsible. And a few are marketing experts...their inputs will be interesting.
Prosumers.

Curious... I just tried HD TOTAL w/ a WWMF on a plastic scuff plate and I couldn`t
remove the whatever ground in marks (from shoe I think). Would the concentrate
used alone (no dilution) be effective?

It depends on what you`re trying to clean away.
HD TOTAL cleans by wetting and emulsifying. If a scuff mark is on the plastic so tight that TOTAL can`t get under it, then it`s not going to clean it away.

If it was that strong then it probably wouldn`t be safe enough to use elsewhere.
