How to clean/protect "Marine Grade Vinyl"

I just re-upholstered my motorcycle seat with a piece of what the seller describes "Marine Grade Vinyl." Since I`m going to be sitting on it, I obviously don`t want a slick surface. Can you guys recommend something that provides UV protection and/or for cleaning?

Try 303 Aerospace, I use it for my dash and love it. Its actually sold at many Boat/Marine places
