You guys recommend washing and reusing these after black polish or carnauba wax have been used on them pretty thoroughly? Not sure what makes most sense here...

treat them like microfiber towels, after use (pre-soak them first if necessary) toss them in the washer with the other microfibers...

Sounds like a recipe for disaster.



Ditch the mf bonnets and get a few quality mf towels.

I use MF bonnets now and then when buffing off LSP residue. I seldom notice any real diff between that an doing it by hand, but it`s a different motion and if you`re at that "last 0.5%" level it might make a tiny bit of difference. Still have to do both (machine and by hand) though, the machine used alone never quite gets *all* the residue IME.



Yeah, soak the bonnets and/or wash with MF detergent. They oughta come clean just like any other MF.
