Curb Appeal

I`m in the process of doing a few things outside of my building to spruce it up a bit such as painting the man doors on the building cleaning up the back alley way pulling weeds etc... What kind of maintenance scedule do you guys have to keep your location looking good.

Generally speaking, most people are looking for:

1. A good location
2. An attractive building
3. Well-manicured grass areas & trees.
4. A nice clean waiting room, reception area and wash/detail bay.
