compaired to say, Meguiars Professional mild clay? will it cut it on a very neglected vehicle?

Much more aggresive then the mild clay. It will cut very good and if used properly(IE lots of lube, sponge cleansed regulary and no pressure), it will not mar the paint.
I love it.
