Cleaning oxidized center caps

I finished cleaning my chrome wheels (clay, steel wool, polish) and they look AMAZING!



Now I`m stumped on the center caps. I believe they`re plastic coated in chrome? They look oxidized. How do I clean it? Same as wheels or is that to aggressive?
