Someone Re-Labeling UPGP?

Found this ad in a local car sales magazine:

Now, the bottle looks exactly like the bottle I have of UPGP. It also seems to be applied *almost* the same way, with the exception of "wipe off".



Its also about the same price.

Well if its wipeoff than its nothing like UPGP.



I wouldn`t be surprised though. 4* manufactures their chemicals for them so I`m sure they would be open to relabeling.
