After many headaches, my new garage is finally done. I had an 18x22 built, and I`m thrilled with it. Enjoy the pics!

Cutting down two trees was the first step...

Great job! Now, that you`ve done the practice run all you need do is to pop over to mine and do it again!

Looks great, are you going to put any protective coating on the garage floor like epoxy?

Still trying to decide what is best. Looked at Racedeck, but it wasn`t cheap. Now looking at the epoxy route, but wondering which ones are best...

Very nice. Too bad you couldn`t sneak a hidden drain in there.

Did you dig the trench by hand?

Beautiful. I`m guessing it`s zoning that required the offset from the property line?

Who votes for those laws?

It would have been nice! Washing the cars inside would have been a treat.

Yes, I dug the trench by hand. I`m never doing that again. It wasn`t worth the $200 I saved on the entire bill for eletric work.

I had to be 10 feet off the back because there was a public utility easement, and 5 feet off the side. Annoying, but that`s zoning for you!

Very nice, I would assume that had to set you back between $8-10k in TX, yes?
