i went to Costco looking for their Kirkland brand APC that ive read about in the past. cant seem to find the thread on here anymore. anyway, i couldnt find it and the only thing they had was this. the back has dillution ratios and such.

i was wondering who has used it, what they thouhgt, and what dillution would they use.

I picked up a gallon of that a few months ago and have used it for my strong degreasing jobs (engine, exhaust, etc). It works great for that, cutting through grease/dirt/oil and leaves no residue while diluted 5:1. Even at 5:1, this stuff is strong and is actually a bit caustic to the lungs. Don`t take any deep breaths while using this for a serious cleaning job!

I haven`t tried using this as a true APC for interiors and the such since it is so strong. It may work at 10:1, but I`m still cautious.

im looking to use thise as an overall wheel/tire/whel-well/ cleaner... not favoring having to bring out 2-3 different cleaners.

This stuff is amazing for the wheels tires and wheel wells--it`s every bit as good as EO AWC, but more versatile and muuuch cheaper. I like to keep it very strong, like 1:1 for the wheels tires and wheel wells, and I use it as a bug and tar pre-wash at around 5water:1OilEater.

i tried it last night on some aluminum parts on my garage door and it didnt discolor them. where as simple green did discolor them. i like it. i dilluted it 1:1 and have it waiting for when i get my car back from the dealer. left it over there to get the new nov. update for the ecu.

will post pics and reviews.

I use it a lot as a general degreaser and tire/wheel cleaner. Typically dilute it to 3:1 and use the spray bottle full strength for tough engine grease.

Good stuff and good pricing at Costco.
