Hello all, I posted some pictures below of one of our cars (town and country van), with 2 rust specks. I never experienced rust in/on paint so I am not sure what to do about it so I`ve included pictures below maybe you guys can chime in on what should happen next.

It`s rusting from the inside out.. What you see is only a small portion of the actual rust going on in the other side of the panel. Best bet is to take it to a body shop and have them repair it correctly. By the time it breaks the paint like that though it`s usually far worse than most expect and probably not a cheap fix by any means.

LOL, that isn`t what we usually refer to as rust "specks"! Jake, you really think both of those are inside-outers, rather than chips that rusted?

Lol, I couldn`t come up with something else to call it "Rust chip" "Rust uglyness" "Some rust crap on the car"

well the top one has a hole clean through it. So that`s a safe bet. the bottom one might be a chip but it`s bubbling up at the surface on the metal so it`s also a good chance to be just surface at this point in time. But I`m not a body shop (I just live in the rust belt LOL) so my advise still stands to get it checked out by a professional body shop. It`s already past what any detailer could properly fix.
