...and since im a complete noob at this, i need a little help. I want to polish my car and remove all the swirls, so here are my questions:

1) What pads do i need and what store can I get them locally (non-online)?
2) What is the proper order in which these pads should be used?
3) What polish do I need?
4) What swirl remover do I need?

Thanks for the help  :punk:

A lot of people ask the same questions you are asking. However, without actually seeing your car and how bad the swirls are it`s really hard to tell you the best way to remove them. You always want to use the least agressive method that will get the job done. This way you are always left with the most clear coat possible. Running out of clear coat would be a very bad thing. The only question I personally feel I can answer is that you can get pads locally from a body shop supply store. Check your yellow pages. Most auto parts stores and retail outlets do not carry buffer pads.

The swirls are very visible. Also, even if I locate a local shop, I have no idea what to buy, thats why I asked, lol.
