I recently got a huge order, and my Makita was on Back order, nothing that Phil could do about it, not his fault. As soon as he got it, I got it the next day from shipping with some freebies thrown in!
His commitment to the customer is simply amazing, it is so rare to find these days, this guy truly cares. He is my go to guy for detailing supplies, I highly reccomend him. Check him out! :spot

I agree, Phil is an amazing guy. Shipping takes 2-3 days MAX to get to me every time.
Plus it`s nice to see the owner of the company actually go out and use the tools on the details. I like that.

Shipping is lightning fast for me too. And yea, I really like how he tests all of his products before he puts them in his store. Great guy.
