I`ve got some tar that`s adhered to the chrome exhaust tips on my car. I`ve used Autoglym`s intensive tar remover on paint with good success, but the instructions don`t say if it`s safe to use on chrome plated surfaces. Has anyone ever safely used this tar remover on chrome plate?
