Is it safe on a waxed car with P21S concours wax? Also is once a month reapplication of the P21S sufficient or every 2-3 weeks?

Mixed at the correct dilution it should be fine. The durability of any wax is very dependent on conditions. Car parked outside 24/7 or in a garage day and night, etc.

It`s parked outside 24/7 and 90%+ highway commute miles, so bugs are a big issue and road tar. Also tree pollen over the driveway. Our house has a garage, but it`s more like a storage shed than a garage.
