i have a 2009 lexus is250 with license plate bolt marks on the front bumper. these are the one`s where the license plate bolts are over tightened and slightly tap into the bumper. do i touch this up with something like dr colorchip or bondo? or is the only route a total repaint with them filled in? here are some pix:
