How often should this be applied?

Car is garaged and used on the weekends only.

Thanks :)

hydrate the leather weekly with a water wipe down. if you feel you need to use anything every couple of months would be okay.

If you keep the leather clean, 2-3 times a year should be enough. Dirty leather is more detrimental than clean leather that isn`t conditioned enough. Dirt is just as abrasive to leather as it is to paint.

Sorry to hi-jack the thread, but whats the deal with hydrating leather?

Is it really as effective and easy as spring distilled water on the seats once a week.

Will hydrating leather with water really keep them from cracking?

I would think you would want to use something with some sort of "lubrication."

Cool, thanks guys :)

I have the Leathermasters Cleaner too, should I use that once a week or just use water?

This is my first car with leather so I just want to make sure I take the proper steps.

A damp microfiber should be enough to keep the leather clean on a regular basis. Deep clean as needed but if you wipe the leather down regularly you won`t have to deep clean more than once or twice a year.
