Holy heck that thing was in pretty rough shape. You probably had to throw the pads away after that, I thought it was a flat black rat rod at first.

Yeah, my pads were trashed after this one. I didnt know it was green either until I started doing my test panels. Even the dealer/owner thought it was black. :D

I love working on SS paints though. ;)

Obviously this was no show car, but the dealer didn`t want to spend the money to restore it and asked me to just do what I could.

WOW!!!! Now those are the turn arounds I like.

This reminded me of the episode of Married with Children when Al lost his car at the car wash, cause he didn`t know what color it was...

Nice turn around!! These are my favorite C&B`s and I love SS paint too. SS is kinda my comfort zone from doing a bazillion RX-7`s.

Now if you will excuse me I have to go sip some Gin & Juice in my 64...............

Hahaha! I loved that show! To this day my father still refers to my mom as Bundy. :D

First - great job! Second, I`d love to have the money to buy that car, take it to L A and get it turned into a cool lowrider! I picture me and Vida riding through the streets, with her top barely on...

Hahaha! Thanks!

It sold for fairly cheap I think. It had 90,000 original mile on the car, but it had been repainted before with a cheep Macco job.

I had a buddy who went down south and bought one all done up with hydraulics and everything. They were trailering it back to MN and the chains or straps broke and the car cartwheeled down the freeway at 65mph!!!

Needless to say he was pretty bummed! :(

OMG! What a shame. You use to be able to find good used Impalas around here pretty cheap, not anymore!

Yeah....I think he has pics of it on his Myspace :D

All those rap videos made the car high in demand. ;)
