I use one at he dealership and feel comfortable using it......
Any insight on it?

I have the very same buffer in my car!

I used to use the Makita and went to DeWalt849. Nice tool overall. I find with wool the DeWalt easier to handle and keep in total control.
I wish mine came with the sanding kit though.

to me, that is the holy grail of buffing. i love it also.

I love mine, it can easily fix things that my PC can`t even think about.
