Old bug marks

How can I get rid of these marks tried everything.

Those look pretty severe! The bug-guts have eaten into the paint.



I bet you`ll have to do some very aggressive polishing to fix that, and that some etching will remain no matter what you do. I wouldn`t be surprised if you`d have to have the bumper cover repainted to completely eliminate the problem.



I`d start with the alkaline step of a decontamination system ( or an alkaline APC wash), then pretty aggressive claying. Then I`d assess the damage and probably end up using an orange pad/M105 for the initial work, stepping down to a milder pad/product combo when you`ve taken off so much clear that you`re afraid to take off any more.

For etching that severe a repaint is the only option. Polishing isn`t going to get rid of the etch marks, only the good paint that is left.



Take a look at the marks with a magnifying glass if you have one. You`ll get a better idea of what happened.
