I have a PC with 6inch backing plate for 6.5 inch pads. I just purchase the meg w-64 5 inch rotary backing plate for my dewalt. If i get new 6.5 inch LC pads i can use it on both the PC and rotary right? the reason i ask i didnt see any 6.5 inch pads under the rotary pad section on autogeek. just wanted to make sure before i buy.

can these pad be use with 5inch Meg rotary backing plate?

yes they can be use with either a pc or rotary

The 6.5" pads for pc will have little to no correcting power. The pad is too big and heavy for the pc. You can use it to wax.

those rock hard orange pads as well as the yellow pads will correct.

They will get hotter.
