I`m looking for a suggestion that will significantly reduce Souveran`s dust attracting attribute. Really like appearance on black, but am getting tired of either rinsing the car down or hitting it with Cali duster every other day.

Any suggestions that work for you?

Thanks

Try FK425 qd. It won`t prevent it from happening, but should reduce it.

I`ll give it a try. Is it widely available at retailers or am I looking at mail order/internet?

I`ve done white & silver for many years, always wanted black (I know, I know, be careful what you wish for). Car is a garage queen, so sets in garage 6 out of 7 days.

I have one of the old CD - duster has been washed countless times. Over the years, I`ve learned to just barely let the tips of the duster touch the paint. Works well for me.

No retail. You can get it direct from Finish Kare. $5 shipping, get a gallon.

Both FK425 and chemical guys synthetic QD claim to be anti-static.

Welcome to black paint. I think most carnuabas are dust magnets, not just Souveran. I do like the 425 idear.

^What he said, about carnaubas. OID is also anti-dust, I`m finding.
