There have been a few changes at the Casa DaGonz, which also made changes in the stable...
My son has moved into his own apartment! :2thumbs:
He no longer has the 2001 Mustang or the 2001 F-150 Supercrew. He traded both of them in and got a 2005 F150 Lariat 4X4 this afternoon. His new truck is oxford white with gold, 35K miles.
His F-150 had 107K and the Mustang had 74K on the odometers, and with his own place he didn`t need to worry about two insurance payments and such!

Hard to beat F150s. Very comfortable, good riding, well built trucks. You can really get a lot of depth out of Oxford White, if polished properly (which we know you can do that!!!).

They "waxed it for him" at the dealership.. and got wax on the bed rail and traigate protection mouldings... :hairpull

If you don`t mind me asking, what did you end up paying? Isn`t there a $10K rebate on 08 F-Series right now?

My son bought the `05 Lariat, not me. He got enough in his trade to pay off what he owed on his Supercrew, and I think he financed $19K.
A comparably equipped 2008 F-150 Lairat 4x4 would sticker at close to $40+K.

The garage has no "emptiness"... my `Stang and wifey`s Edge are in residence.
The garage is due for a good cleaning though, but it will have to wait until
I get back from a weekend trip to Colorado.
