Earlier this month I washed, clayed, polished, and sealed my car. Now I`d like to add a couple of layers of 476s on top of the two layers of JetSeal for winter. Is an ONR wash sufficient cleaning for that purpose? The car`s not very dirty.

I don`t see why not. If you recently polished and sealed, the finish should still be quite slick, allowing the minimal amount of dirt to come off rather easily. I say go for it.

ONR will do just fine, I`ve not had any problems
