I`d say go for NR, since it`s a lot cheaper and has nice reviews.

YES , NR has nice reviews specialy blue nattys but the red nattys idont have any exprince.

You can use it the same way as blue, it will just give you a slight different wet look

Yes. P21S is a nice wax (easy on easy off) but the looks aren`t anything spectacular. The Natty`s Blue gives a deeper look but is a tad more difficult to use (just be sure to apply thin) but the Natty`s Red is easier and looks better, IMO.
