Typical engine detail I did yesterday, spray Simple Green, pressure wash off, then spray on Auto Magic`s Super Dressing.

Thanks guys, Waxxy, it took about 5 minutes. Spray it down with SG, then pressure wash from the each side and front engine to get all angles. I don`t blow off water, just spray it down if dressing. Slam the hood and done.

That look fantastic! i noticed mostly dust. Is it pretty good for grease as well ?or elbow work required?

this engine came out a lot better than the other MB engine in the other thread. am super dress it can be applied to a wet surface and left to dry, and iot doesnt leave blotchyness or streaks.

is this the case with all waterbased dressing or is it a special charateristic of automagic superdress it.

I like the nice even shine you got on the hoses. That is a lot better than the Mercedes engine in the other thread.

I love engine detailing. The thing that made me leave the shop I worked at (briefly) was the day that I made $60 all day at the shop and then came home and charged $60 for an engine detailing. His engine was pretty bad and it needed some love, but it still only took like 45 minutes to do. Engine detailing can be a huge profit center for any detailer if they want to master the process.
