I truly can`t believe it`s snowing already, but we got a nice cold front in and it brought some snow with it. Should continue on through today and into tomorrow morning. Looks like a promising snowboard season! Here are some pics of the car after a quick 50 min class.

I`m sorta ticked I didn`t get to do a winter prep yet, but 4* UPP is holding up well and I`ll probably do another coat of that or some 845 next week when the temps pick back up.

Meanwhile, back in Canada, this is what we have to deal with.

Lol, thats what it looks like here in washington too. Still in the 70`s at mid day but slowly getting colder at night. For as long as ive been up here the earliest it has snowed was Halloween night but usually starts in late November.

Oh god, that picture is scary! Im not ready for that yet.

We got a dusting of snow last night (26F), today is pretty cool (43F) and tonight`s forecast is to get down to 11F.

Brrrrrr!!!

I doubt that it will actually get quite that cold but you never know!

We are about 70 miles east of Los Angeles at an altitude of about 7,000 feet.

lol at the pics of Canada. Just wait though. I`m sure you`ll get it worse than us lol.

It`s supposed to be fairly warm for the rest of next week (43 degrees for the high here today), so I`ll be putting some 845, or going to Harbor Freight to pick up some 476. I really want to try that.

It actually sucks it got so cold this weekend because I was supposed to change out my transmission, transfer case, and rear diff fluids, but couldn`t obviously. I don`t know if next weekend I`ll have the time. God willing I`ll be detailing and making some money! :bounce

A fellow UNR student? TMCC? Who`da thunk?

I absolutely LOVED driving around on Friday. Nobody acting like a douchebag, don`t have to worry about going fast, beautiful scenery. Overall very enjoyable since none of it was sticking even though there was tons of it.

I go to UNR. Good to see another Renoite on here! I had a douchebag or 2 getting onto McCarren from Virgina, but nothing majorly bad. I also forgot to wipe the snow off my side view mirrors, so I had some troubles with that lol.

Seems like all the guys in big 4x4 trucks come out to go as fast as they can when it`s snowing, but I never see them around otherwise. People definitely forget how to drive in the snow, though.
