If they need a guy with an English accent to sell it--don`t buy it.

Yeah, BigAl3 the towels. I can`t stand that guy Billie Mays! I get a stomach ache just watching his hands fly around when he talks!

I found the towels to be great for blotch drying, they absorb much more than your average WW microfiber. But on the other hand, they are much too rough, IMO, to drag across paint.

If you need another towel, get a second absorber.

Seems like it would be great to keep in your car to take care of spills and clean up. Of course I would never use it on paint.

"Not available in stores"

Hmmm...why don`t they want you to see or touch it before you buy it?

You hear that on alot of those infomercials. Not sure why. Of course it seems like six months after the commercial, you will often see the product in Walmart, Target, etc. I guess the Walmarts and others like it want to see if the market will really accept the product before carrying it.

I probably will get some, not for my car, but for around the house.

Of course I would never use it on paint.I split an order with a buddy at a car show a few years ago and I do keep one in the back for just that purpose. Like you I`d never use one on paint. I`d also never waste any money on them again.

FYI to anyone interested; they recommend that you wash them before use for max absorbency..... I`d recommend using the delicate cycle since these aren`t the most durable things around.

Hmmm...why don`t they want you to see or touch it before you buy it?Because it`s like a big piece of cheap thick felt.

Aren`t they just viscose cloths? You can get two 12x12 ones (IIRC) at Trader Joe`s for $4. We use them in the kitchen.
