I just recently picked up a 2 year old used car. After having it for a couple months I am noticing the pit marks on the windshield that were there are becoming more noticeable. I can see the white in them from looking at them from the outside.

I assume the dealer must have done or used something on the windshield when they cleaned it before I got it.

Can anyone recommend anything I can use on the windshield to help again make them less noticeable? I know they can not be removed.

Try polishing the glass. Do you have a rotary or dual action polisher? If so, you can get a Lake Country glass polishing pad (http://www.autogeek.net/lc-glass-polishing-pad.html) and use it with a glass polish like DP Glass Restorer. If you do not have access to a polisher you can do it by hand with a foam pad. If this process does not help, then you will either have to live with it or get help from a glass professional.
