I bought a 4 oz bottle, I used about 20% of it, the spray nozzle broke, now it doesn`t mist. Has anyone else had this problem. Seems kinda ridiculous to pay $35.00 for something, that`s not working properly.

That is the problem, it has a very fine mist nozzle.

Had the same problem and Lynn sent out 2 extra nozzles within a few days. I`m almost done with the 4oz. bottle and the replacement nozzle works fine.

I really like it, that`s why I`m concerned for the bottle.

Is this on the Ultima site, I couldn`t find anywhere to send a email, only snail mail or by phone.

Agreed about calling/emailing Lynn. She provides EXCELLENT customer service.

I called Ultima yesterday and left a message, I received a call from Lynn in the evening, they are sending me out another sprayer for my UPGP.
