I have posted this in a few forums today looking for ideas. Not trying to spam all the sites.
My car has spots all over the front, at first I thought it was from bugs but nothing would touch them. I used Megs 105 and M83 with a PC 7424 and did not do anything. Also tried Turtle wax rubbing compound.
Today I used a scotchbrite pad and rubbed down to original paint, in a few minutes the spots came back as if I never did a thing.
I am planning a complete repaint of this car and do not want these to bleed thru the new paint job.
Any suggestions of what to try next? I hope this pic comes thru:
