I QD a couple of times now but it always seem to take me forever to do the whole car. I use 425. How long do you guys spend per panel and how many full shots of 425 (or other QD) for let say the fender?

Sorry for such a newbish question.

I usually do one/two squirts, use a good, longer nap MF. I can do my X in about 15 mins. including windows.

i`m with mr. stymol above...it shouldn`t take longer than 15-20 min total...if it is, there is either too much dirt on the vehicle and a full wash is needed, or you`re being overly OCD. ;)

Go to wal-mart and buy one of those "vacation" spray bottles. You know the ones next to the carry-on shampoo bottles. Those little 2-3oz spray bottles are PERFECT for QD`s. 2-3-4 squirts for a panel and its good to go.

btw, it takes me 5-8 minutes to do my Civic.
