What is the best and affordable brand out there that can treat headlight scratches too?

I found 3M restoration kit, Detail King kit, etc. But I don`t know which one works the best. Could you guys help me? I`m a noob on this one.

Megs plast-x works great. Just remember to work it until the polish breaks down. I`ve been finding that m105 works wonders on headlights too.

I searched this forum but I couldn`t find anything that close to my headlight condition. I was thinking of getting 3M headlight restoration kit because its got sanding paper (500, 800, 2000 grit). What do you guys think?
