I just spent the last hour reading a ton of different threads on Quick detailers and it seems that the Finish Kare 425 is the one everyone loves.

I have to park outside at work everyday and at the end of the day there is a layer of dust/dirt and inevitably some bird poop or some sap that`s blown over (even though I don`t park under a tree).

So I`ve been hitting my titanium silver bmw every morning before going to work with a Quick detailer. Currently Chemical Guys Extreme Slick Synthetic Waterless Car Wash Exterior/Interior Quick Detail Spray No Wax (http://www.chemicalguys.com/Exterior_Interior_Quick_Detail_Spray_No_Wax_p/wac_116.htm)

Which is pretty good. I dilute a bit as it streaks a little, but nonetheless it seems pretty good.

I`m down to my last gallon, just wondering if I should switch to Finish Kare 425 or even 146? I`m looking for the best daily quick detailer that will give it that shine and pop.

I just detailed my car 2 weeks ago with Menzerna SIP, and Ultima PGP.

After washes with either ONR or Chemical Guys Citrus wash Car Wash Shampoo is a gentle-cleansing liquid gel car wash Car Wash Shampoo (http://www.chemicalguys.com/Premium_Car_Wash_Shampoo_p/cws_301.htm)

I use Duragloss on it.

Thanks!

ONR QD strength is what I use have been using more and more. It`s cost effective if you use it every day and still leaves a nice shine behind.

FK425 and Meguiars M135 I use and really like both. I use ONR when lil more cleaning is needed but I follow up with FK 425 for the shine

I would stay with CG QSD. For me it`s better than either FK425 or Meg. SQD seems to give more gloss & slickness.

I like FK wayyyy better than that crappy CG detailer. I have both and the FK blows the CG out of the water in terms of shine.

Don`t you get marring from using QD to clean your car every day?

Haven`t tried FK425 yet, but I really like Optimum Instant Detailer.

I vote FK425.

Though to go out everyday and do the QD thing your going to be much more accessible to marring, swirls, and scratches over time. In fact even being as careful as possible chances are over a few months your going to self induce some harm to your finish.

I have CG speed wipe and fk, I love them both and they are both different,

IMO! CG provides more lubricant, is thicker and smooth. FK gives you a glass like finish...

just my 2cents, I don`t believe any of those prod are "crappy" they re both my favourite QD!

FK 425 is great, but i find it doesn`t clean well at all.... onr qd strength cleans better for me.

Generally I think of QD`s having two purposes, cleaning and glossing. I believe some QD`s are designed to do one purpose more than the other. The good cleaners are ONR, Spray and Wipe and Final Inspection (to the best of my memory). The good glossers are Spray and Gloss, FK 425, and OID. Other QD`s tend to fall somewhere in between. It often will make sense to have one of each in your arsenal to achieve that task you have at hand.

For your purpose of removing dust etc, ONR at a QD dilution is the way to go, it should be less prone to marring then other QDs
