Scratches/paint

I have a 2007 350 Z roadster. I seem to get a lot of circular scratches and small scratches as well. Has anybody had experiences such as mine with a 350Z. If i look wrong it seems to scratch.

If you`re washing it correctly and not taking it to the car wash you shouldn`t get a lot swirls or scratches. Some will happen.
