Has anyone heard of this product?

As the title says has anyone ever used this product? 5PD Coatings - Advanced car care products (http://www.5pdcoatings.com/index.htm). I have my doubts about the effectiveness of this and after reading the application instructions--apply with a paper towel-- I really wonder how this could work.
