I sure haven`t posted in a LONG time as I sold my `00 Celica a year ago and picked up a `92 toyota pickup.

I would just give it a normal wash and wax but never thought about posting it up since it`s not the cleanest thing compared to what you see around here.

Anyways this weekend I took some extra time and cleaned her up a little more.

During the week I went out mudding so thursday I power washed it. Saturday washed it Megs Gold Class then gave it a coat of AIO and SG, let that cure. Sunday finished with a coat of Nattys blue paste wax. Decided to take AIO and SG to the rims too. Wenol twins to the center caps.

Only picture I took of the paint. I wish it all looked this good but there are a lot of rust spots starting to happen :(

*I think I shook the camera a little bit*

Random full body shot of the truck.

The biggest change I had was on the rims and center caps. I never added protection on them and they started to oxidize/rust. Heres how they turned out.

*don`t mind the smudge I cleaned that up afterwards. Also the inside rust had gone to far to be taken care of*

Rear center caps - Hopefully you can tell which one is done and which one isn`t :chuckle:

Everything was put on by hand. I was hoping the AIO would have cleaned up the rims a little better, looks like I need to find something more abrasive. Any suggestions? I tried the Wenol twins on the rims, it worked a little but nothing like how it worked on the center caps.

The front center caps cleaned up nicely, probably 95% back to normal finish*except the inside* The rear center caps were a little stubborn for just my little hands alone. Maybe an electric polisher with something more abrasive would do the trick.

Hopefully tomorrow I can Wenol the lug nuts and give the center caps a coat of AIO and SG.

I would GENTLY rub Wenol on with 0000 steel wool. This should quickly remove any remaining rust especially in the tight areas.
