Vapor steamer questions

I recently purchased a great vapor steamer, but today I ran into my first issue... I had some hardcore coffee stains that would easily lift with my extractor but didnt want to budge with the steamer. In addition to any suggestions with that issue, if anyone has some helpful use tips with the steamer in vehicles I`d greatly appreciate them. Aside from that, I love this thing and I got a great price.

What brand/model of steamer did you get?

vx 5000 from vapor systems. I found it from hours of research... Turns our Detail King sells the same unit for a few hundred extra under a diff name.
