Need help, Carlack = Klasse AIO ???

i just want to ask a simple product comparison. Could anyone tell me the differences between Carlack and Klasse AIO? I heard from a friend, he told me it`s a same product just different casing. Is it true? :confused:

The yellow carlack or the red one?

I want to buy Klasse AIO but its not available on my country, just carlack.
