Worn out Paint

The paint is so worn out on my car that everytime I wash it I can see the color coming off

:hairpull If I polish it the polish will come right off when it is washed :shocked Is there something I can do to stop this Oxydisation :hmph:

or is it time for a new paint job ?????????
